Products are delivered to France and to the areas specified when the order is confirmed on the Aqualys website.

2. Processing times

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 72 working hours after payment has been confirmed.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times generally vary between 5 and 12 working days depending on the destination and the carrier.

These times are provided for guidance only and may be slightly longer during periods of high demand or in the event of exceptional circumstances.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery is completely free for all orders placed on the Aqualys website, with no minimum purchase required, unless otherwise stated during specific promotional campaigns.

5. Order tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking number is provided to the customer so they can track the parcel’s progress.

6. Delays and delivery issues

7. Lost or damaged parcels

In the event of a parcel being lost or damaged during transit, an investigation may be opened with the carrier. An appropriate solution will be proposed to the customer following a review of the case.
