Terms of sale
1. Identification of the Seller
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are agreed between:
Aqualys, operated by OMANE Ilian, a micro-enterprise registered under SIREN number 104348131, with its registered office at 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”,
and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website aqualys-co.myshopify.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are collagen-based cosmetics.
The photographs and descriptions of the products are provided for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
The Seller reserves the right to amend its prices at any time, on the understanding that the price displayed at the time of the order is the one applicable to the Customer.
4. Order
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with a Customer.
5. Payment
Payments are secure and are processed via Shopify Payments.
The order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
6. Dispatch and delivery
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.
Delivery times are estimated at between 5 and 10 working days, depending on the destination.
Delivery is free for all orders.
Products are dispatched from China via various logistics carriers.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted in accordance with the return policy in force on the website.
Return costs are covered by the Aqualys store.
In the event of a faulty product or an order error, the Customer will be offered a replacement product.
9. Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays, losses or damage caused by the carriers.
In the event of a delivery issue, an investigation may be opened with the carrier to find an appropriate solution.
10. Use of the products
The products sold are cosmetics intended for external use.
They are not medicines and cannot under any circumstances be used as a substitute for medical treatment.
No guarantee is given as to any medical or therapeutic results.
11. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
